1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations and Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a $100 deposit per room at the time of booking. The remaining balance is collected at the front desk before check-in. Rates are quoted in USD.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival receive a full refund of the $100 deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival — and bookings made within 48 hours of check-in — are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the deposit.

Refunds are processed immediately upon cancellation and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these terms, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

5. Limitation of Liability

Crystal Lake Resort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
